DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\nGet ready to embark on an exhilarating journey with
  your MHA community\, as we invite you to soar to new heights in an unforg
 ettable high-flying adventure! This event promises a perfect blend of exci
 tement\, learning\, and community connections.\n\n\n\n-\n\n\n\nAttendees w
 ill be equipped with Flight Safety &amp\; Gear to ensure a safe and thrill
 ing FLY! experience. Beyond the adventure\, enrich your knowledge with a S
 taying Loose presentation by Kevin Harris from SandsRX. Stay Loose is an i
 nteractive movement and mobility activity focused on keeping joints health
 y\, resilient\, and ready for daily life. We'll explore simple\, intention
 al movements that support the myofascial system\, improve range of motion\
 , and help the body feel more connected and capable. This session is appro
 achable for all levels and designed to leave participants feeling more loo
 se\, more confident in their movement\, and better equipped to care for th
 eir bodies.\n\n\n\n-\n\n\n\nThis event is not just about flying but about 
 creating lasting memories and connections! Food and beverages will be prov
 ided.\n\n\n\n-\n\n\n\n[alert style="info"]Registration closes November 6th
  or at capacity! Once registered you will be sent a flight waiver(s) which
  must be signed no later than November 9th.[/alert]\n\n\n\n-\n\n\n\n[alert
  style="info"]Space is limited to 50. You will be notified if you are put 
 on a waitlist.[/alert]\n\n\n\n-\n\n\n\n[panel style="danger" title="Who Ca
 n Fly?" text_align="left"]iFly welcomes flyers from all ages. If you have 
 reasonable health and fitness you can fly. But do check the criteria below
  before you book. iFly will do everything they can to help you fly because
  their goal is to deliver the dream of flight to everyone! There are a few
  exceptions:\n\n\n 	Flyers must be 3 years of age or older.\n 	Flyers who 
 weigh between 260-300 lbs may not be able to fly. Additional evaluation by
  an iFLY staff member upon check in will be required to determine if the f
 lyers can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions apply.\n 	In
 dividuals 300 lbs or over cannot fly.\n 	Do not fly if you are pregnant.\n
  	Individuals with a hard cast or hard prosthetic that cannot be removed a
 re not permitted to fly.\n 	Individuals with current or prior head\, neck\
 , back or shoulder injury\, heart condition\, or any other condition that 
 may impede their ability to take part in physical activity or increase the
  risk of injury\, should not fly.\n 	iFLY recommends individuals with prio
 r shoulder dislocations DO NOT FLY!\n\n\nIf you have any concerns or quest
 ions about whether or not you can fly\, contact your local iFLY. Everyone 
 who plans to fly must complete a Flight Waiver\, which contains further de
