DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nGet ready to embark on an exhilarating journey with you
 r MHA community\, as we invite you to soar to new heights in an unforgetta
 ble high-flying adventure! This event promises a perfect blend of exciteme
 nt\, learning\, and community connections.\n\n\n-\n\n\nAttendees will be e
 quipped with Flight Safety &amp\; Gear to ensure a safe and thrilling FLY!
  experience. Beyond the adventure\, enrich your knowledge with a Staying L
 oose presentation by Kevin Harris from SandsRX. Stay Loose is an interacti
 ve movement and mobility activity focused on keeping joints healthy\, resi
 lient\, and ready for daily life. We'll explore simple\, intentional movem
 ents that support the myofascial system\, improve range of motion\, and he
 lp the body feel more connected and capable. This session is approachable 
 for all levels and designed to leave participants feeling more loose\, mor
 e confident in their movement\, and better equipped to care for their bodi
 es.\n\n\n-\n\n\nThis event is not just about flying but about creating las
 ting memories and connections! Food and beverages will be provided.\n\n\n-
 \n\n\n[alert style="info"]Registration closes November 6th or at capacity!
  Once registered you will be sent a flight waiver(s) which must be signed 
 no later than November 9th.[/alert]\n\n\n-\n\n\n[alert style="info"]Space 
 is limited to 50. You will be notified if you are put on a waitlist.[/aler

 "]iFly welcomes flyers from all ages. If you have reasonable health and fi
 tness you can fly. But do check the criteria below before you book. iFly w
 ill do everything they can to help you fly because their goal is to delive
 r the dream of flight to everyone! There are a few exceptions:\n\n 	Flyers
  must be 3 years of age or older.\n 	Flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs 
 may not be able to fly. Additional evaluation by an iFLY staff member upon
  check in will be required to determine if the flyers can be accommodated 
 and whether additional restrictions apply.\n 	Individuals 300 lbs or over 
 cannot fly.\n 	Do not fly if you are pregnant.\n 	Individuals with a hard 
 cast or hard prosthetic that cannot be removed are not permitted to fly.\n
  	Individuals with current or prior head\, neck\, back or shoulder injury\
 , heart condition\, or any other condition that may impede their ability t
 o take part in physical activity or increase the risk of injury\, should n
 ot fly.\n 	iFLY recommends individuals with prior shoulder dislocations DO
  NOT FLY!\n\nIf you have any concerns or questions about whether or not yo
 u can fly\, contact your local iFLY. Everyone who plans to fly must comple
