Attention all Campers & Volunteer Staff — Come On Down! You’re the next ‘contestants’ on Camp Wilderness: Game Show Edition!

Get ready to unleash your intellect, creativity, and competitive spirit as we play and learn with each Game Show Host!
|

|
Throughout the week, campers will engage in fun game show competitions, hang out at the pool, go fishing, canoe and/or paddle boarding around the lake, take aim at archery, and play a little basketball or volleyball. But that’s not all! Campers have the opportunity to do arts & crafts projects, join games of Gaga Ball or master the art of 9-square in the Air! You’ll also gather around bonfires, relax in hammocks, and use teamwork and problem-solving skills.

It is important to note that MHA’s Camp Wilderness is designed specifically for campers, ages 7-17, with a medical diagnosis of Hemophilia, Con Willebrand, and/or confirmed carrier status. Our trained staff and medical professionals will ensure a safe and supportive environment for every participant.

MHA Camp Wilderness will begin Monday July 28th at 12 PM and end Friday, August 1st at 10 AM at Lake Doniphan Conference and Retreat Center in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.

Registration for Camp Wilderness will close on Monday June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM. |

Interesting in volunteering? We’re looking for the best Game Show Hosts to lead campers’ cabins, fishing, arts and crafts, sports, and more! Background screenings and an application approval process will occur prior to volunteer acceptance.
