Two great topics. One engaging event. Don’t miss it!

For this Community Outreach Program hosted by MHA, Pfizer will kick off the evening with a complimentary dinner and round-table discussion about “Understanding a Rebalancing Therapy Option for Hemophilia.”. Together, we’ll take a closer look at how this treatment approach works, review insights from clinical trials, and discuss important safety & administration information. Participants will gain practical knowledge to help individuals and families feel more informed and confident when considering treatment options for Hemophilia A or B!

Immediately following dinner, under the guidance of their expert Clinical Team, Heritage Specialty Pharmacy will present “Infuse Empowered”, a one-of-a-kind hands-on infusion clinic where patients and caregivers can gain real experience with infusion devices, medication mixing, vein mapping, and infusion techniques. Designed to build confidence through practice, this interactive event gives you the chance to learn the skills, ask the questions, and get hands-on experience that can make all the difference. Best of all, our clinicians volunteer their time and expertise because they believe every patient deserves to feel empowered in their care journey.

This event is for ALL ages (1-99), stages (Beginner – Expert), and diagnosis (Hemophilia & VWD)! Caretakers, siblings, & support persons are also welcome!

Registration closes Tuesday, October 27th or at capacity!

Space is limited to 60. You will be notified if you are put on a waitlist.
