2026 Legislative Priority: All Copays Count

This year, we’re supporting the All Copays Count legislation — a critical protection to ensure that copay assistance actually counts toward out-of-pocket cost sharing.

Copay accumulator and maximizer policies harm patients.
This bill puts the patient — not the payer — back at the center of healthcare.
