An educational symposium for women in families with von Willebrand Disease (vWD) provided through an educational grant from CSL Behring.
This resource day is designed to offer the opportunity to learn more about this often confusing bleeding disorder. Special guest speakers and activities for improving your life with vWD. Learn from experts and others experienced in living with or caring for someone with vWD, including:
University of Missouri HTC Medical Staff, vWD Consumer Advocates, vWD Athletes, vWD National Resource specialists, Yoga instruction and more !
This program is open to women over age 18 that have vWD and other inherited bleeding disorders or have children or spouses with von Willebrand Disease.
Free Friday night optional lodging available for statewide travelers.
