Please join MHA and CSL Behring for a “Women’s Educational Luncheon” on Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. at the Melting Pot Restaurant located at 450 Ward Pkwy, Kansas City, MO 64112. The featured speaker is Tori Tiger, CSL Behring Common Factors Advocate.
She will discuss: The psychosocial aspects of growing up with a bleeding disorder including problems with bullying, self-esteem, and how to effectively communicate with peers.
Following her talk there will be a “Ask the Healthcare Professional” round table discussion hosted by Melissa Armanees, NP, from the Kansas City Hemophilia Treatment Center.
