HFA’s Symposium is an annual community-centered educational event that draws hundreds of members from the bleeding disorders community together to share information, learn new advancements and build a network of support.
Online meetings will run weekdays from 4:00-7:00 pm (CST). Once registered, you should receive a schedule from HFA with specific topics, dates, and times.
